Oversea sales department

R & D department
Vikli power R & D Center works with the mission of adhering to market-oriented, technology development and innovation,transformation of scientific and technological achievements, promote.In the process of independent innovation, we establish a set of operation mechanism as the core of "scientific research, market, production".
Currently,R & D center equipped with world-class large-scale R & D and testing equipment to ensure the development of new products and materials evaluation,such as German X-ray diffraction, British Malvern Laser particle size analyzer,Swiss metrohm electro-chemical workstation,America Digatron Battery pack testing cabinet and America Arbin Discharge/Charge test system. With strong technology development strength, a number of core technologies with independent intellectual property rights have been successfully developed, which make up the blank of the key technology of Li ion battery.
The center set us a R & D Team with academic leaders of experts,professors,doctors and masters by cooperated with Zhengzhou University,Henan Normal University and other domestic famous universities and institutes.And the center bring together many of the technology research and development, production and quality management of the top technical personnel.

PD（Product department）
1． According to the target of shipment and actual production, provide the production planning advice and solutions for the production manager and policy makers.
2． Planning ,organizing and controlling the production process in workshop
3． Be responsible for staffs’ training, examination and guidance.
4． On behalf of our group to deal with the relationship with policy makers and other departments.
5． Calculating production ability, confirming production task and arranging production schedule of the contract appropriately. Ensuring realize the production index on time and ensuring the stability of sequence of production and sequence of work. According to production analysis of each department to do aggregate balance.
6． Balancing of production tasks and production ability: measuring degree of assurance of the company equipment, production spot and production area for production tasks.
7． Balancing of production tasks and labor force: measuring adaptedness of type of work of labor force, class of labor force, amount of labor force and level efficiency of labor production with production tasks.
8． Balancing of production tasks and material supply: Degree of assurance of the supply amount ,quality ,supply time of material, OEM, tools for production tasks. And adaptedness of production tasks with consumption level of material.
9． Balancing of production tasks and preparation of production technology: Adaptedness of measuring design, technology, technology equipment, equipment maintenance and technical measures with production tasks.
